A friendly community for people of all cultures and abilities

AlinkA Farm is a Christian community that supports people with special needs and their families. We offer classes, social recreation, day programs, and various events hosted at our beautiful farm located just north of Kingston, Ontario.

Nature plays a big role in what we do. The farm, with its huge play barn, yurts, camping spaces, trails, is a safe, natural environment for children to play at and explore the world around them.

AlinkA Farm is a social enterprise. We are developing the farm following the principles of permaculture and organic methodologies. The project is managed by AlinkA Group Inc.

AlinkA Farm is a spiritual community. We believe that Christ is present in this world in spirit, and we choose to stay connected to Him as we do our daily work, interact with each other, and spend time alone in nature. There is no formal prayer routine here, so people of all faiths are welcome to visit and stay if they are interested in learning more about the community.

Volunteers, live-in caregivers, farm workers of all cultural backgrounds are welcome. Visit AlinkA Farm Wwoof.ca page for more info.

Introduction

AlinkA Farm is minutes away from the lovely village of Westport, Ontario, 45 minutes from Kingston and just over an hour from the nation’s capital, Ottawa.

Originally from China, Molly Li and her son Marco (who has autism) moved to Westport. Marco loved beekeeping so the family got some bee hives for the farm and the project grew from there.

According to the Chinese zodiak, Marco was born in the year of Horse. And Molly was born in the year of Ox.

AlinkA Farm is owned by AlinkA Group Inc. AlinkA group Inc. was directed by Marco’s Mom,  Molly Li , Ya Jing,  who was the youngest child in  her Generation, who was born in the Year of Ox with her Grandpa’s wish for Asia peace, as old veteran in World War 2 , seeing  USA and China started to rebuild relationship at the end of culture revolution. For many years, Molly had been working tirelessly through AlinkA Group Inc ‘s work to seek understanding of humanity and as Chinese descendant, she believes that while the original knot of problem was untangled, the problem of world will be solved.

AlinkA was named in the spirit of linking ChinA and CanadA. We embrace the concept of all humans living peacefully together, appreciating different abilities (vs disabilities), respecting cross cultural backgrounds, and understanding that heart and earth are one.
