AlinkA Farm is minutes away from the lovely village of Westport, Ontario, 45 minutes from Kingston and just over an hour from the nation’s capital, Ottawa.
The property comprises 80 hectares (184 acres), some arable, much in beautiful undulating rock outcroppings, streams and small lake with nature trails.
AlinkA Farm is owned by Molly (Ya Jing) Li, a Chinese born Canadian citizen who is passionate about helping others. For many years, Molly has been working tirelessly on significant projects, including the Farm and founding a Centre for Autistic Youth and Families in China. AlinkA was named in the spirit of linking ChinA and CanadA, We embrace the concept of all humans living peacefully together, appreciating different abilities (vs disabilities), respecting cross cultural backgrounds, and understanding that heart and earth are one.

We are developing the farm following the earthly principles of permaculture and organic methodologies, and the spiritual principles truth, love and peace. The farm buildings have been restored, to accommodate programming and activities including arts, recreation, education and to support year round gardening activities.
Seed planting in our greenhouse commences in Feb/March, outdoor planting in early to mid May. Activities continue in earnest til the fall, when we decide what steps to take to prolong the growing season, and to harvest / store and preserve / sell whatever is excess to our needs.
We intend to add shelters this year to accommodate more livestock.
We are presently seeking (subject to Covid protocols) more participants including an ongoing role for a house mother and/or a resident couple to oversee the expanded organic garden / food production opportunity.
We have a variety of accommodation options, including bedrooms with two single beds in the farmhouse, a bachelor unit, two yurts, and ample tent capacity and new portable cots. If you have special food or dietary requirements, please discuss in advance. Breakfast & lunch is help yourself, full dinners are served, health consciousness is encouraged.
28 hours of work per week is requested to offset the value of our accommodations and meals. People often wish to do more, which we recognize as volunteering to further benefit community building efforts.
We encourage opportunities to connect with like-minded people, learning, personal development, spiritual awareness, openness to conflict resolution, tolerance of and patience with special needs individuals.
Minimum required stay – one week, longer is preferred. Bring your own bedding and personal toiletries.
Nearby activities include swimming, canoeing, arts, library, fishing, community events and volunteer opportunities.
Celebrating the beauty of humanity, our work is to realize Heaven on Earth. If you identify with these sentiments, please come and join us.
