Background
The world today is full of clashes of civilizations, where crises and vitality coexist. The premise of vitality is the correct perception of truth in the realm of human consciousness. But the reality is that the cognitive ability of human truth is limited to the tools we use, and this tool also includes the statistics that we statisticians are now discussing. Therefore, the author thinks it is necessary to discuss problem of statistics in its application at this annual statistical conference to achieve the effect of attracting ideas. It is hoped that through the correct understanding of the dynamic cohesion of the researched object and the researching subject , statistics can be used correctly on the road of truth-seeking, to prevent science itself reinforce human self-preferences bias to feed the need of security of human herd mentality.
Problems in the application of modern statistics
The earliest appearance of statistics was for decoding. The research object (cipher) and its internal relationship (coding system) are not affected by the subjective will of the researcher.
After that, statistics was used to reflect social demographic and economic macro data. When socioeconomic behavior is in the microeconomic era (the era described by Adam Smith), statistics are still only functional descriptions. But with the development of the market economy and the strengthening of macroeconomic control measures, the results of statistical descriptions are used to guide human actions. As a result, a psychological dynamic mechanism that influences each other was developed between the statistical research object and the researcher. In other words, the entanglement of microscopic quantum will also appear in the macroeconomic field. As a result, macroeconomic policies appear irrational and are not easily recognized by subjective consciousness.
This kind of error is more likely to happen without supervision detached from entanglement . And the occurrence of this kind of error is global and common. There are many social problems in today’s society, and there is no way to deal with them. In fact, the root of the problem lies in the gap of understanding of the dynamic relationship between micro and macro social phenomena. And the deeper foundation of this gap is the lack of related knowledge of how the subconscious and consciousness interact.
Statistics is widely used as a modern scientific research method. Especially with the advent of the era of big data, the role of statistics in social life will become increasingly prominent. Precisely because of its weight of being used, I think it is necessary to emphasize its limitations as a research method in the statistical community, to avoid the misuse of the method on the path of truth exploration as much as possible. Such misuse will lead to wrong conclusions, and Negative impact on social progress.
Correct understanding of the limitations of statistics as a research tool
The development of quantum science, from a microscopic perspective, has discovered the reality of the interaction between the research subject and the object. Human beings exist in the world as an organism. On the one hand, their subjective initiative has the ability to partially surpass nature, but at the same time, as a part of nature, they must obey the laws of nature. If this inference has no objection from a logical point of view, then it can be deduced that the subject and object of human research are fundamentally part of nature, and the observation of human phenomena in human research will also have the characteristics of quantum entanglement. And this characteristic also determines the distortion of statistics in the process of demonstrating theoretical hypotheses, especially when human active behavior (such as economic behavior) is used as the research object. During the sampling and experiment process, the results will be shared. Affected by the expected realization of psychological laws.
The interference caused by quantum entanglement between the researched object and the researcher is a natural defect in the modern scientific community guided by Western civilization. The defect of self-preference is also an inherent feature of individual human. So that it could lead the society into mistaken path not being discovered. The traditional Western civilization makes use of the Bible’s restraint on the individual’s self-preferences to prevent the progress of human civilization from becoming divergent. As for collective behavior, it is through the system of power restriction mechanism to minimize the possibility of individual subjective errors.
I think, therefore I am, the origin of human consciousness has determined the boundaries of consciousness. The need for self-recognition must be to create a tension between human beings as a subset and the complete set of nature. How to correctly define the dynamic relationship between mankind and nature in the field of human consciousness will determine the future of human civilization.
The only possibility that human can reach the ultimate truth is to deny ourselves. Which indeed was expressed in Old testimony: the first sentence of Tao De Jing , as the active being of nature, can recognize the possibility of our own mistake. This is also the cognitive foundation that all groups, including academic groups, and any tangible groups with boundaries should have. The author believes that statistics play its role in seeking truth in the collective common goal of mankind, which is the common wish of statisticians.
As descendants of the Yanhuang Emperor, our ancestors have already given a correct Heavenly Father, Earth Mother, and Son of Man to describe the relationship between spirit, matter and human beings as objects of observation. The philosophical basis for describing the existence of the world is expressed in yin and yang forms. The author believes that with the extension of the science of relativity to the spiritual realm, in the journey of human truth search, the ideal of human beings must be the premise that the balance of truth in the conscious material realm is recognized and a consensus is formed. This requires us ,statisticians to put aside the inherent limitations of thinking and search for the truth of human development in the widest possible historical time series. It’s not just limited to research that is oriented towards autonomous achievement goals.
Design a set of index system that aims at the ideal of Great Harmony and can synchronize with cognitive progress. The core principle of the design of this indicator system is that there needs to be a self-checking process with self-denial in the time series. There is also the process of maximizing information collection. But in this information maximization, we have to face the problem of positive correlation between information asymmetry and profit. Therefore, social economic behavior itself needs to be discussed on the ethical basis. This question should have been the subject of national statistics in the new era. However, the establishment and implementation of this subject must be based on true love and peace. And it is realized in economic, psychological and cultural interdisciplinary.
The author has to admit that Chinese leaders have a very good vision of the future Chinese dream, but any good direction requires an ethical foundation and a clear direction for advancing. The proposal of this dream and the optimal path design should have been supported by statisticians. However, due to the social environment, the bias of statistics professionals from macroscopic research to microeconomic applications is also quite significant. The issue of the national economy is definitely not just a question of data measurement, but also a question of the quality of indicators. Therefore, I sincerely hope that more statisticians may contribute to the proposition of harmonious development of society. Of course, we need to work together to create a good, open and respectful academic environment.
The fullness of dreams and the skinny tension and frustration of reality are the common feelings of Chinese intellectuals on the road of seeking truth. The correction of these situations should be explored from the philosophical and humanistic foundation. Contemporary social economics deviates from the original meaning of the social trend formed by development, making it difficult for human civilization to pursue the truth. This problem is not only a problem for China, but also a problem for the world.
Start with statistical analysis of the status quo of economics deviating from the human-oriented goal, find the best path for social development, and then make economics a science of economy and the people, or a science of saving natural resources. It is not just science that takes profit as the goal and consumption realization as the means. Perhaps it may be a way out.
The author really hopes that statistics people can not only make it possible to get rid of the deficiencies of the discipline in the application process of statistics, perhaps in the near future, they can also provide the possibility of finding a peaceful way out for a world where conflicts continue due to “contention”.

This article was written as dated for warning Chinese academy world to prevent problem. But never being paid attention. Even not selected for the conference. But indeed, today’s reality prove my point of view after another 2 years being the information and data receiver going with flow. But more important, I wish it could provide an insight to solve the global problem today whole world face. I believe Truth would set human free from false, and eventually , human will regain the hope towards the future world filled with the truth love and peace, after they lose them in science.
